The seafood is caught locally in the Ariake Sea and the vegetables
are grown on the Shimabara Peninsula. We use a great variety of
these fresh ingredients in our cuisine. The food is exquisite and
is served in world-famous Arita ware bowls and dishes. Meals are
both a feast for the eyes and a delight to the palate. |
